4.5% ABV
The first ever wheat beer from Hook Norton: light, fruity and very refreshing.

Brains Dark
3.5% ABV
Although I'm not usually a Mild drinker, this dark brown brew tasting of malt and roast caramel is a classic!

Both the above sampled at the Great British Beer Festival 2009

Adnams Explorer

Brewed with American hops: dry, hoppy, with more than a hint of grapefruit, leaving a splendidly bitter finish for such a blonde beer

Lees John Willie's
4.5% ABV
A well-balanced full-bodied premium bitter from an independent Manchester brewery dating back to 1828

Sharpe's
Doom Bar

4.0% ABV
From a modern (1994) Cornish brewery, a fine mix of malt & fruitiness, but with a satisfyingly bitter finish.
